The SSC/BPO team consists of experienced consultants specialized in conducting advanced recruitment processes for shared services and outsourcing centres. Our consultants are experienced in recruiting candidates for existing structures, as well as newly-established centres – green-field investments, providing clients with assistance in creating the structure of new shared services centres. Swift identification of suitable candidates is made possible by our consultants’ wide range of expertise which includes: accounting and finance, banking, HR, CS, logistics and purchasing. Sebastian earned a degree in Management (specialization: Enterprise Management and Human Resource Management) from the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a labour market expert in the areas of finance, consulting and finance-accounting centres. Sebastian has been employed in the financial and recruiting sectors for the last 12 years. During that time, he worked for the leading financial institutions. He is a sales and soft skills coach. Sebastian has been successfully managing Antal's Banking&Insurance Division for the last 6 years. At present, he is responsible for the SSC/BPO business and heads a 30-person team tasked with implementing innovative solutions to answer the challenges faced by the sector. He recruits managers, professionals and middle- and senior-level experts, builds process solutions for the needs of mass recruiting projects for both on-site and off-site teams. Quality, harmonious relationships and operational business growth founded on the standardization of business processes are Sebastian's guiding principles. Sports are his passion and his favourite activities include crossfit, bodybuilding, squash and basketball.
