Main responsibilities:

  • Administrating data and documents for one of the company’s branches (i.e. Back Office / HR / Accounting & Finance / Logistics etc. – depending on your experience, preferences and skills)
  • Processing documents and invoices
  • Data operations – creating, updating and basic analysis
  • Preparing reports in the internal system or Excel/Power Point
  • Occasional communication with customers in an efficient and effective manner
  • Daily support of the internal processess and improvements



  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
  • University degree is desirable
  • Experience in office work, customer service or data analysis – you don’t have to be an expert but we need at least some basic experience and familiarity of the business environment from you
  • We appreciate assets like: analytical thinking, attention to details, communications skills and ability to work both with people and documents
  • Knowledge of another European language would be a big plus - it will be highly possible to use it on a daily basis!
  • Knowledge of SAP or BI/reporting tools would be nice but not required
