Customer Service Specialist with German

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Processing of payments in the system
- Internal reporting
- Providing excellent customer service to the client
Requirements:
- Very good command of German (B1 - C1)
- Very good English (min. B1)
- Good communication skills
