Customer Service Specialist with German
Responsibilities:
- Daily contact with the customer and distributors;
- Sales orders management;
- Data administration and work with SAP;
- Creating reports in MS Excel;
- Introducing process improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in order management or customer service area;
- Fluent knowledge of German (min. C1);
- English min. B2
- University degree (bachelor/master);
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel;
- Knowledge of SAP system will be an asset
