EMEA Payroll Supervisor 

 

We are looking for a Payroll Supervisor to manage payroll production across Europe. You will report to the Payroll Manager and lead a team of 6 Payroll Specialists. This role involves overseeing daily tasks, performance management, and team development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate data entry and payroll processing for the region.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll, including statutory and tax payments.
  • Work under tight deadlines to deliver payroll on time.
  • Communicate with all stakeholders about payroll processes.
  • Supervise vendors to ensure compliance with payroll requirements.
  • Perform checks and reconciliations on payroll data.
  • Support the team in producing payroll during absences.
  • Drive process improvements across EMEA countries.
  • Maintain payroll analytics for reporting.

 

You are the right person for the role if you:

  • Supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience working with senior management.
  • Previous payroll experience in an SME organization in the EMEA region.
  • Fluent in English.
