HR Administrator Specialist with German

HR ADMINISTRATOR WITH GERMAN

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing HR reports
  • Preparing employee documentation e.g. :
    -contracts
    -terminations
    -certificates
    -reference letters
  • Maintenance of employee personal and job-related data in the system
  • Answering to HR-related inquiries from employees and managers (mail, mobile phone)
  • Updating databases internally (sick, maternity leave, days taken, holiday)
  • Being in the permanent contact with employees 
  • Assisting with payroll 

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in HR administration
  • Very good German skills (at least B2)
  • Very good English skills (at least B2)
  • Proactivity and process improvement orientation
  • Strong organizational and communicational skills
  • Good knowledge of SAP HR – nice to have
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Attention to details
