HRIS Administrator - EMEA (a global business transformation project) REMOTE WORK

For our Client - an international company, a leader in their industry - we are looking for candidates for the position of HRIS Administrator.

[100% remote work is available]

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the global system settings for payroll and updating settings in HR system

  • Maintaining the access for payroll data for employees and managing the system changes

  • Developing reports and data dashboards for insights on workforce analytics

  • Serving as support for internal employees regarding HR system and relevant materials (creating knowledge articles and materials)

  • Ensuring procedures, compliance policy and internal control

  • Taking part in payroll-related projects within testing, data validation and other tasks

  • Regular collaboration with the Payroll provider & regional payroll experts, Human Resources, Finance and IT departments

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP systems), including administration, data analysis, developing dashboards and reports

  • Experience in interpreting data using the statistical analysis / other tools

  • Good practical knowledge of MS Excel (incl. pivot tables, vlookup; macros and VBA would be an asset)

  • University degree in HR / finance / IT or equivalent

  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2+, preferably C1)

  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment
