IT Helpdesk Specialist with German or Spanish
Your responsibilities

Remote supporting for internal customers (services incoming calls, tickets)

Timely and effective solving incidents and service request

Being in permament contact with customers in problem-solving process

Launching diagnostic programs to resolve issues

Installing hardware, software and other programs
-
Reporting incidents and service request
Employer requirements

Minimum few months in a similar position

Very good Spanish or German skills (min. C1)

Very good English skills (min. B2)

Overall IT understanding

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages

Knowledge of Windows systems and troubleshooting, dealing with various IT Systems
