Junior Specialist with German language - first job
For our client - an international company, we are looking for a Junior Specialist, who is fluent in German and English languages to join a rapidly growing international organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service on an agreed level to a group of assigned customers/ accounts
- Order handling, documentation, and invoicing, managing shipping documents as well as providing solutions to operational problems related to the order delivery chain
- Handling customer orders in SAP from inquiry to delivery and invoicing
- Investigating credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary
- Processing customer returns/complaints
- Close cooperation with other departments
- Maintaining customer master data, customer profiles, and other customer information
- Taking care of maintaining positive relations with customers
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English - B2 and German at C1 level
- Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Multitasking, out of box thinker with a positive attitude, active listening skills
