Payroll Specialist with German - remote 

Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

  • Utilize LogaHR SaaS for payroll management for approximately 300 employees and 50 pensioners.
  • Ensure compliance with collective agreements and statutory obligations in the chemical industry
  • Collaborate closely with the Payroll Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate payments and reports.
  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related issues for stakeholders, including employees, managers, finance, tax office, and benefit providers.
  • Generate and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.
  • Administer digital and paper employee files, ensuring compliance with statutory retention periods and proper content management.

You are the right person for the role if you;

  • Have university degree  in HR, Management, Accounting and Finance, Labour Law or any equivalent combination of education
  • Have at least 3 years in German payroll area
  • Have strong written and verbal German
  • Have a clear understanding of all aspects of payroll 
  • Have very good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Open to a few weeks of training at the branch in Germany
