Join their growing team as a Sales Representative. In this role you will contribute to the growth of our business by generating and nurturing new customers, building strong relationships and increasing sales through various B2B channels. This role combines customer research, supporting the sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction in order to achieve sales targets. You will report directly to the Group’s Commercial Director, which will give you the opportunity to boost your career in a fast-growing company with ambitious plans.
Place of work: Budapest: on-site with 1 day home office after probation
What our Client expects from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar field.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Language skills: Fluent English and Hungarian – mandatory, German is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Willingness to travel.
What are the daily tasks?
- Identify potential business customers through research, networking, and direct sales.
- Use tools such as LinkedIn, industry events, and databases to build a list of B2B customers.
- Contact decision makers (e.g., purchasing managers, contractors) via phone, email, or social media to generate interest.
- Follow up with prospects and customers to maintain the process and increase conversions.
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotes, terms, and contracts. Participate in the negotiation process.
- Follow up on all contracts and agreements in a timely manner and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services/products.
- Track sales performance and progress using CRM software.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications, sales activities, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and new business partners.
- Understand customer needs, challenges and goals, recommend customized solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned business accounts, providing ongoing support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with excellent after-sales service, collaborating with various support teams.
- Identify opportunities to sell additional services or products to existing customers.
- Deep understanding and use of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach.
