We are looking for a UX/UI Designer / Researcher to join our Design and User Experience team focused on cybersecurity to create a better experience for our global network of employees. If you are someone who obsesses over the proper user research, you focus on end users and accessibility is on your mind, we would be excited to hear from you. Responsibilities:

· Plan, design, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research methods (user interviews, surveys, usability testing).

· Analyse user behaviours, needs, and pain points using research insights to drive design decisions.

· Develop research protocols, scripts, and questions to extract actionable insights.

· Identify and validate user personas to represent key segments of the target audience.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize research activities based on project goals and timelines.

· Work closely with stakeholders, project managers and other relevant team members to thoroughly

understand the business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.

· Define problem statements based on user findings to align the team on a clear, shared understanding of user challenge.

· Synthesize research data into meaningful insights maps to uncover root causes and systemic issues.

· Create journey maps, user flows, and empathy maps to illustrate the user experience and identify friction points.

· Create and maintain detailed user personas based on research data ensuring they reflect real user behaviors motivations and goals.

· Act as an advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

· Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and iterate based on user feedback.

· Maintain a repository of research findings, personas and problem definitions for reference and ongoing updates.

· Monitor user feedback post-implementation to ensure the design addresses the root problem

effectively.

· Define success metrics for UX projects to measure the impact of solutions on user experience and business goals.

· Stay updated on UX UI design trends tools and best practices to enhance their research and design process.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in a UX/HCI, cognitive psychology, graphic design, or related field.

· 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong emphasis on user research and problem-solving.

· Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a must.

· Proven experience conducing end-to-end user research.

· Hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers,

developers, and stakeholders.

· Examples of at least 3 design projects involving complex apps.

· Proficient in UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

· Experience with creating low- and high- fidelity prototypes and wireframes.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.

· Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or React is a plus.

· Experience in complex, technical or cybersecurity-related industries is a plus.
