Job description

As a growing our client Claims Operations we are looking for candidates who are eager to develop their knowledge and skills in insurance sector. You will be mainly responsible for:

  • Submits claims within established guidelines for commercial and personal lines clients and insurance customers, and follows up on the status of all claim documents with clients
  • Reviews, analyses, investigates, and authorises payment of claims within established guidelines
  • Records billed items into the system and verifies aging accuracy
  • Maintain proper documentation of all the procedures and updates
  • Assists with process improvement and creation of standard operating procedures to meet client requirements
  • Produces and distributes weekly and monthly reports
  • Ensuring collaboration to enable knowledge driven growth

Candidate

We are looking for an open-minded, development-oriented candidates with a can do attitude. We are open to professionals with relevant background in insurance sector as long as you have these skills :

  • Higher education
  • Very good knowledge of English (knowledge of German would be an asset)
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills
