Our client, a distinguished entity in the manufacturing sector with a presence across multiple production facilities worldwide, is presently in search of a skilled and motivated individual to undertake the role of Interim Plant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Direct oversight of all plant activities, with full P&L responsibilities.
- Strategic budgeting and forecasting to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Upholding Group standards in reporting and manufacturing processes.
- General supervision of plant production, operations, and support functions in compliance with company directives and local regulations.
- Continuous prioritization of productivity and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering field.
- Manufacturing industry experience, preferably in similar companies.
- Knowledge of coating process is desirable
- Expertise in Production Management, Manufacturing, and Project Management.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Must be fluent in English
