Key Responsibilities:

  1. Improvements in Accounting and Reporting Department Work:
  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting and reporting functions.
  • Enhancing Quality and Efficiency of Accounting Processes:
    • Use IT tools to improve the quality and efficiency of accounting processes.
  • Ensuring Work Efficiency with New Accounting Products and Solutions:
    • Ensure efficient implementation of new accounting products and solutions.
  • Automation and Optimization of Accounting Processes:
    • Automate and optimize various accounting processes for better performance.
  • Database Management:
    • Manage and maintain accounting databases to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Supporting Reporting Processes:
    • Provide support in the preparation and delivery of various financial reports.
  • Coordinating the Month-End Close Process:
    • Coordinate and manage the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Participation in the Implementation of New Products:
    • Actively participate in the implementation of new financial products.
  • Implementing Tax and Accounting Regulations:
    • Assist the Chief Accountant in the implementation of tax and accounting regulations.

     

    Requirements:

    • Higher education is required, preferably in Accounting, Corporate Finance, other Economics-related fields
    • Experience in the Accounting Department of an international companies.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and IT tools for process improvement.
    • Advanced knowledge of VBA in Excel (technical skills will be tested).
    • Knowledge of MS Access and MS Excel databases.
    • Basic knowledge of SQL.
    • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
