We like big wins. We celebrate a good year-end result during an integration trip. During the Christmas Party, we recognise the best employees with awards from the Management Board as part of an official ceremony. These are exceptional awards for individuals who have distinguished themselves by their commitment, efficiency and have made significant contributions to the company’s development.
