About Antal

In the 1990s, the development of the domestic labour market began to gain momentum. However, there were no tools or solutions that would meet new needs. Opening the first Antal office in Warsaw, we decided to face the challenges of the Polish labour market. Drawing on international experience and translating it directly into our reality, we have implemented a comprehensive package of recruitment and consulting services.


At Antal, we have always valued expert knowledge, which is why we were one of the first recruitment companies in Poland to operate as part of specialized divisions. The professional orientation of our consultants means that they are not only effective recruiters, but also qualified consultants who have unique knowledge about modern tools and the latest trends in the labour market.
