For our Client, international company a leader in the medical devices industryfrom SSC sector, we are looking for Administrative Specialist to support internal teams Sales & Marketing but also external customers, agencies as a first point of contact.

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing Sales & Marketing Requests. Keep close relation and communication with key stakeholders to provide the best possible service
  • Responsible for order management (Purchase Order) including invoice and payment process coordination
  • Collaboration with other Business Support Partners on internal meetings and events
  • Support to spend and budget tracking when required
  • Perform general administrative support to EMEA Business Support Partners (data management, order/maintain supplies, shipping and storage control, etc.)
  • Internal knowledge database maintenance
  • Managing various tasks to make sure agreed leadtimes and KPIs are met
  • Possess compliance standard operating procedures to meet and comply with quality requirements, regulatory and compliance commitments.
  • Collaborate with Business Support team members when needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role in Shared Services/BPO or in the administrative department is preferred
  • Experience in professional email and verbal communication with Clients/Stakeholders
  • Fluent English;
  • Highly organized (prioritize and time management), high attention to detail, accurate,
  • Process-orientation and process improvement mindset
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Meeting and event, planning & organization, experience will be a plus.
