AP Accountant with French
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating emails in the Accounts Payable department
- Verifying and posting purchasing documents
- Participating in the process of closing accounting periods
- Email and phone communication with suppliers in English and French
- Collaborating with internal departments in the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process
- Contact with internal and external auditors
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or related area
- At least 6 months of professional experience in Accountancy
- Good command of English and French (at least B2 level)
- Proactivity and process improvement orientation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team and customer focus
