Remote working model
Your Responsibilities
- Managing and recording invoices, reconciling bank statements, and handling customer accounts, including settlements and account adjustments.
- Processing and reconciling sales transactions occurring in retail stores.
- Reviewing and reconciling accounts related to various payment methods (e.g., cash, credit cards, vouchers).
- Preparing, confirming, and reconciling balances for general ledger accounts linked to accounts receivable and payable.
- Conducting bank account reconciliations.
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Contributing to projects aimed at optimizing accounting processes.
- Collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality services, potentially in additional languages if applicable.
- Participating in month-end financial close activities.
- Regularly utilizing and enhancing your expertise in SAP and Excel.
Our Requirements
- Previous experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in English at an intermediate to upper-intermediate level (B1/B2).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage your tasks effectively.
- Experience in SAP is highly desirable.
