Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst
Hybrid model – 6 days per month onsite (Kraków or Warsaw) Rate: 200–240 PLN/h B2B
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to join a team delivering large‑scale, business‑critical initiatives within the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strong functional expertise with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and business teams. We value professionals who are passionate about disciplined delivery, continuous improvement, and building high‑quality, verifiable solutions.
Your Responsibilities:

Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, testable functional specifications.

Design and configure solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform (Power Apps, low‑code/no‑code).

Define backlog items, write User Stories and Gherkin acceptance criteria.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects, developers, and testers in an international environment.

Participate in Scrum ceremonies including refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Support SIT and UAT through scenario design, defect management, and acceptance validation.

Contribute to AI‑driven initiatives, from problem definition to testing and quality assurance.

Assist in post‑go‑live stabilization and transition to support teams.
Core Skills & Requirements:
-
7+ years of hands‑on experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.

Strong understanding of D365 CE capabilities, data model, security roles, forms, views, business rules, and integration patterns.

Experience with Power Platform.

Proficiency with agile backlog tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
-
Strong communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders.

High attention to detail and ability to produce clear, verifiable requirements.

Experience with AI‑related projects end‑to‑end.
Nice to Have:

Experience with enterprise‑scale or multi‑module Dynamics implementations.

Familiarity with integration patterns, API‑based architectures, or middleware.

Exposure to data‑driven or AI‑enabled business processes.

Interest in automation, quality engineering, or ML‑related initiatives.

Experience working in regulated industries (finance, telecom, insurance).

Understanding of Power Automate, Dataverse extensibility, or low‑code governance.
