About the Role:
We are looking for a Consultant Manager to independently lead strategic, cross-functional projects within an international financial institution. The role is part of a central change management team responsible for driving global transformation initiatives across the organization.
Scope of Projects:

Business and organizational transformation

Integration of newly acquired entities or liquidation processes

Regulatory change implementation
-
Efficiency and process improvement (including AI-related initiatives)

Risk mitigation and compliance projects
Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, governance, and resource needs

Lead execution, ensure milestones are met on time and within budget

Coordinate project governance (steering committees, workstreams, reporting)

Manage stakeholders across business and support functions
-
Track risks and implement mitigation strategies
-
Report progress to senior leadership and internal sponsors
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
-
6+ years in consulting (Senior Consultant level); 9+ years for more senior applicants

Proven experience delivering transformation/regulatory projects in financial services (asset management, banking, insurance, or wealth management preferred)

Fluent English
-
Advanced PowerPoint skills (essential), strong Excel knowledge

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
