Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from planning to execution

Define project objectives, scope, governance model, timeline, and resource allocation

Monitor project budgets and track expenses

Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies

Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and documentation for steering committees
-
Organize and facilitate project meetings and governance bodies
-
Collaborate with internal teams across business lines and support functions

Coordinate with external entities when relevant to project scope
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Finance, International Business, or related field
-
Minimum 6 years of experience in a consulting companies

Proven track record in leading transformation or regulatory projects in the financial sector

Strong understanding of asset management (or alternatively, banking, insurance, or wealth management)

Excellent organizational, analytical, and synthesis skills

Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities

Ability to deliver high-quality presentations and documentation

Proficiency in PowerPoint (essential) and Excel

Fluent in English

Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus, but not mandatory
