About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support commercial directors. This role involves travel and expense management, meeting coordination at the EMEA level and general administrative assistance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Main point of contact for multiple Directors.
  • Travel & Expense Management: Handling travel bookings, transportation, accommodations, and expense reports in Concur.
  • Meeting Coordination: Scheduling, booking rooms, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Administrative Support: Managing calendars, internal communication, document preparation, and updating files.
  • Procurement & Invoice Handling: Ordering products/services, processing POs, and monitoring payments.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support in an international environment.
  • Fluent English (spoken & written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
