Category Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, including negotiations and contract finalization.
- Support sub-category planning to achieve cost savings and value generation.
- Build and manage relationships with global stakeholders across the business.
- Monitor supplier market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide subject matter expertise to influence category planning and demand management.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes and buying channels.
- Maintain a project pipeline aligned with category savings targets.
- Identify and evaluate alternatives to current specifications or demand.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in IT sourcing and Market Data procurement.
- Strong background in leading complex negotiations from scoping to contract signing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of the financial services sector and its strategic challenges.
