Responsibilites:
- providing excellent customer service to clients in terms of company's platforms and products
- contact via different channels: phone, e-mail, online chat, social media
- solving problems in line with policy
- reporting and auditing of client's profiles
Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of English (C1) both written and oral
- fluent knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian or Dutch
- customer orientation and abilitiy to deal with complaints
- previous experience in customer service is a plus
