Client Support Specialist with Dutch, Norwegian or German
For our client - a leading financial institution with an HQ in the UK, we are looking for
Specialists with the knowledge of Dutch, Norwegian or German to join their office in Krakow
Responsibilities:

Providing front-line support to our clients via different channels of communication

Answering queries from our client base on all of our products, platforms, and accounts

Resolving trade queries and disputes

Providing clients with technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packages

Conducting audit checks and client administration tasks

Participating in and running various local and international projects or initiatives
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch, Norwegian or German languages at min C1 level

Fluency in English - B2/C1

Previous experience in customer support environment/contact with clients
- A logical and analytical approach to problem solving
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Literacy in MS Office
