Continuous Improvement Manager (FSC)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Client Global Project Management Office in Krakow. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting and implementing a culture of continuous improvement within the Financial Solution Center in the EMEA region. You will lead initiatives to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive positive change across our Client global FSC locations.

Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

  • Act as single point of contact as the single point of contact for all continuous improvement initiatives within the FSC.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and promote the use of Client Operating Advantage tools.
  • Collaborate with FSC leadership to develop and execute comprehensive CI strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Train and mentor FSC personnel in continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.
  • Partner with the Automation Team and other internal departments to identify and prioritize process improvement projects.
  • Manage regional and global projects assigned by PMO or FSC management.
  • Monitor, report, and communicate the progress of CI initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration across FSC locations by sharing best practices and promoting teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with Client Operating Advantage tools requirements and champion success stories to drive engagement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, project management, Six Sigma, or Lean initiatives.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience in Continuous Improvement or Project Management.
  • Proven experience in managing CI projects in finance and accounting, preferably within an SSC/BPO environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), and Change Management.
  • Experience working with technologies such as SAP, Celonis, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently assess and optimize processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a global, matrix organization and manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English.
