We are currently in search of a Customer Care Supervisor based in Prague, Czech Republic.

The primary mission for this position is to assist the Customer Service Manager in achieving the objectives and expanding the Czech team encompassing Customer Support, Pricing, Tender, and Contract Management Specialists. Focus on enhancing Order processing through harmonization, automation, and standardization, while providing superior service to Czech clientele and the Sales division.

 

About the job:

►     Optimize Order processing strategies within SAP, utilizing technology platforms such as Esker/SFDC, in partnership with Product Owners. Support implementation S4Hana project.

►     Direct and mentor a team of six, fostering support for the national market – including clients and the Sales department. Establish individual objectives and performance strategies. Offer proactive support for departmental projects by aiding in training and influencing the team.

►     Lead customer enhancement efforts using analyses derived from SFDC.

►     Suggest improvements to processes and procedures. Compile and present monthly reports on departmental achievements.

►     Work closely with the Global Business Support team to enhance order processing efficiency and effectiveness.

►     Cultivate and maintain a workplace atmosphere that upholds the Quality Policy and Quality System.

Requirements for the position:

►     At least 3 years in a leadership role, such as a Team Leader or Supervisor.

►     Deep knowledge of Customer Care related operations (Order-to-Cash).

►     Proficient in SAP with a preference for those familiar with Esker/SFDC technologies.

►     Expertise in advancing automation within order processing.

►     Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

►     Excellent analytical abilities and methodical thinking.

►     Proven track record in designing and implementing guidelines, processes, and instructions.

►     Exceptional communication skills and adept at managing change.

►     Proficiency in both English and Czech.
