Responsibilities:
- providing high customer service standards when solving issues and handling tickests
- recommending products and services (after-sales support)
- assisting customers in transactions
- solving any related issues via phone, e-mail and chat
Your profile:
- Proficiency in English and German (at least B2/C1 level)
- excellent communication skills
- customer-oriented mindset
- prevoius experience in travel industry will be a plus
- previous experience in customer service will be a plus - we are also open for candidates taking the first career step
