Customer Service Consultant with German
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support via telephone for users of RTV/AGD equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Offer information regarding products and their functionalities
- Accurately document customer cases and interactions in the system
REQUIREMENTS:
- Communicative German at C1 and above, and English at B1
- Basic technical knowledge of RTV/AGD devices (e.g., TVs, washing machines, refrigerators)
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively over the phone
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording support cases
- Availability at minimum 120 hours a month.
