Customer Service Expert with German

You will be interacting with customers, company sales and service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about company’s products or services. 

Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

  • Act as the main point of contact on a daily basis, directly responsible for managing customer accounts
  • Delivers an extraordinary customer experience by technically advising customers on products, services, and capabilities to best meet the needs of the customer
  • Outbound calling (cold and warm) to establish new, high-quality opportunities with prospective customers and contacts
  • Communicate with end customers via various channels such as telephone, email and chat (inbound inquiries) to resolve technical questions and propose options and solutions
  • Liaison with internal support areas including production, sales, engineering, customer care and others as necessary to resolve customer inquiries and requests

You are the right person for the role if you:

  • Have university degree, preferably in technical or buiness area
  • Have previous experience in Customer Service
  • You are fluent in German and can communicate in English
  • Have good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Have an organized, independent and proactive approach
  • Have problem solving skills as well as negotiating skills are necessary to succeed
  • Are a good team player and dedicated
  • Are service-minded and goal-orientated
