Customer Service Representative with Danish
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide post-sales customer service in line with internal standard
- Operate and manage internal systems (data entry, updates, monitoring)
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Danish at C1 level as well as English at B2
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a post-sales environment
- Ability to work with CRM systems or other customer service tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
