Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring satisfaction and professional support for the customer.
  • Telephone, email, and chat support for customers from Italy, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, France, Germany, and Poland. If necessary, support for other European countries as well.
  • Administrative tasks, such as managing the customer database, processing invoices, and modifying orders.
  • Managing customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Communication with other departments of the organization, such as partner support, logistics, finance, IT.
  • Building lasting relationships based on trust through open and interactive communication.

We expect:

  • Fluent knowledge of Italian/Czech/Slovak/Spanish/French or German.
  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2+).
  • Experience in customer support (ideally more than one year of experience in retail, direct customer contact).
  • Customer and solution-oriented approach.
  • Positive attitude and readiness to act.
  • Strong communication skills - the ability to communicate clearly and use positive language.
  • Effective and attentive listening skills to understand and respond to the needs of others.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
