Customer Service Specialist with French and Italian (intermediate level)

Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for creating new and updating the existing Customer data records.
  • You will manage orders by entering them into the ERP system and sending order confirmations to our customers.
  • You will invoice completed orders and track their status.
  • You will schedule shipments and organize, and follow up of these with our Transport and Logistics Partners.
  • You will prepare the necessary shipping and international trade documents (Certificate of origin, Pro-forma, Customer documents)
  • You will be responsible for daily communication with customers regarding their all order-related questions; both by phone and email.
  • You actively participate in the enhancement of our processes and ERP system by suggesting improvements.
  • You will support, and act as back-up for your team members in their field of Customer Service and shipment execution.

Our requirements

  • You are in possession of at least a secondary degree, preferably related to administration or logistics.
  • You have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of international logistics/transportation regulations is an advantage.
  • You are an excellent communicator, both spoken as in writing, also in English.
  • Fluency in French at an intermediate level (B1/B2).
  • Being able to communicate in Italian is a great plus.
  • You are well organized, accurate and punctual when performing your tasks.
  • You are a proficient user of MS Office programs and ERP systems.
  • Being customer-oriented and flexible in terms of tasks and working hours is a must.
