Job decription:
- responsible for managing orders in SAP (booking, pricing, availability, billing),
- monitoring delivery processes,
- handling returns and device upgrades, and managing service complaints.
- Utilized CRM (Salesforce) daily to register customer and sales rep communications.
- Conducted database analysis and maintenance, and collaborated with the team to resolve issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German, English, and Polish,
- Higher education with strong analytical skills (Excel),
- Experience in customer service and SAP/Salesforce - min. 1 year,
- Able to work under pressure,
- Independent and team-oriented,
- Flexible and open-minded.
