Responsibilities:
- Daily contact with the customer (by phone and e-mail)
- Order management in SAP
- Updating customers’ data in the system
- Creating reports from conversations with customers
- Introducing process improvements
Requirements:
- Experience in the customer service area (min. 1 year)
- Fluent knowledge of German (min. C1)
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
- University degree (bachelor/master)
- Communicative, goal-oriented, teamwork, attention to detail, problem-solving skills
