Your responsibilities
- Daily contact with the customer (by e-mail, chat and telephone)
- Offering customers the best solutions
- Updating customers’ data in the system
- Creating reports and notes from conversations with customers
- Introducing process improvements
Employer requirements
- Fluent knowledge of Hungarian (min. C1)
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
- University degree (bachelor/master)
- Communicative, goal-oriented, teamwork, attention to detail, problem-solving skills
