Customer Service Specialist with Hungarian, German or Polish
For our client - a leading Scandinavian company, we are looking for Specialists with languages to join a newly established office in Gdansk for the position of Customer Service/Order Management Specialists
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional Customer Support via phone, chat, and email
- Perform administrative tasks such as customer database management, invoice processing, order modifications
- Manage customer queries and claims
- Cooperate with colleagues from other areas in the organization, such as partners Support, Logistics, Finance, IT
Registration, deviation handling, and follow-up work. - Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hungarian, German or Polish
- At least B2 level of English
- Experience of working with Customer Service environment
- A customer centric & solution-oriented approach
- A can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and use positive language
- Effective & attentive listening skills to help understand and respond to the needs of others
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
