Customer Service Specialist with Mandarin
The Customer Service Sepcialist will interact with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, providing a high level of customer support on a specific product or service.
Here are some of the things you can look forward to:
- Handle business inquiries and inbound calls related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, and returns.
- Use knowledge management tools to respond to customer queries.
- Process requests and update data in the system.
- Document all interactions in the ticketing system.
- Support the implementation of new IT solutions.
- Propose ideas to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Contribute to cross-departmental projects as needed.
You are the right person for the role if you:
- Have previous experience in Customer Service or a willingness to develop in this area
- Are fluent in Mandarin and English
- Have good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Have an organized, independent, and proactive approach
- Have problem-solving skills
