Customer Service Specialist with German

Key responsibilities:
- Handle and manage transactions using SAP/CRM systems.
- Confirm customer orders and track shipment statuses.
- Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve issues within the order-to-cash process.
- Meet daily deadlines and ensure high-quality order processing to achieve monthly targets.
Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary education or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in German (at least B2 level, both spoken and written).
- Strong command of English (minimum B2 level, both spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent customer-focused mindset.
- Skilled in professional and friendly business communication.
- Ability to effectively solve problems and make sound decisions.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a high-speed environment.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with Customer Service software or SAP is a plus.
