For one of our clients in banking/financial institutions, we are looking for a person to fill the position of Cybersecurity Project Manager. The person in this position will be working on a strategic Identity and Access Management programme in re-shaping the way Authentication, Federation, Privileged Access Management, Access Governance, Secrets Management and API Security is done across the bank.

Responsibilities:
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing numerous design deliverables to urgent timescales, working as part of a large programme team to manage a team of c5 Designers / Architects.  Core role is to ensure all design tasks are completed in a timely manner, and against the plan dates as appropriate.

Skills:

 •    Proven track record of managing a Design / Architecture Team and delivering HLD and LLDs on schedule working with numerous stakeholders
•    Accountability for delivery of Designs
•    Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
•    Strong technical understanding of PAM Tools and infrastructure technologies and connectivity
•    Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills including reporting on progress and blockers.
•    Strong planning and organisation skills
•    Knowledge of JIRA and running SCRUM / KANBAN Calls / Daily Stand-ups to manage team output.
•    Experience of managing offshore resources
•    Risk and issue management 
•    Strong Leadership skills
•    Conflict management and problem resolution skills
•    Good time management
•    Positive team player working as part of a large programme
