Job Title: Deployment Manager – Global Marketing Deployment (Project Genesis)

Location: Warszawa

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Deployment Manager to lead the planning, execution, and tracking of the Genesis product deployment across our global marketing organization. This role will ensure smooth and efficient rollouts, successful user onboarding, and establishment of clear KPIs to measure deployment progress and success.


Key Responsibilities

Deployment Execution:

  • Own and manage the deployment calendar and key milestones in alignment with the Genesis deployment framework

  • Lead global deployment activities, including campaign coordination and system setups

  • Identify and onboard Super Users; maintain stakeholder and Super User tracking across markets

  • Coordinate and deliver leadership engagements (team leads, prep sessions, etc.)

  • Maintain and evolve the Genesis Deployment Playbook (approach and assets)

  • Oversee user access management and permissions

  • Maintain and update the Comms Toolkit, including core messaging and Walking Deck

  • Develop and distribute communications across markets (e.g., release notes, newsletters, launch updates)

  • Manage communication channels such as Genesis SharePoint and email inbox

  • Coordinate updates to training content with product teams and partners

  • Act as the single point of contact for Corporate Comms and Marketing Academy in creating and maintaining the training plan


Key Skills & Experience

Critical Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a high sense of ownership

  • Proven experience creating and delivering deployment-related materials (written, digital, presentations)

  • Native-level English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills (multilingual skills a plus)

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing technology deployments, ideally for enterprise-level systems

  • Solid project management skills – from planning and execution to tracking and reporting

  • Experience onboarding and supporting users during rollouts

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability

  • Strong technical understanding of deployment processes

  • Demonstrated ability to execute effective communication and training strategies

  • Experience managing internal communication channels (SharePoint, email, etc.)


Preferred Profile

  • Prior experience working on global technology programs, ideally within the CPG sector

  • Hands-on experience with user access and permissions management in enterprise systems
