For our Client, SSC company located in Łódź, we are looking for experience Deployment Planner Lead (expert/team leader).

Your responsibilities
- Manage a team.
- Develop and maintain effective deployment plans for an efficient supply chain.
- Collaborate with OPR Solid Lead to integrate deployment and production plans.
- Create and maintain purchase orders between main and satellite warehouses.
- Generate reports to identify potential supply shortages.
- Proactively resolve supply chain issues, escalating unsolvable issues to relevant forums.
- Execute fair share principles based on business rules during supply shortages.
- Develop strategies for optimizing distribution and monitor supply chain performance metrics.
- Review and update supply network models and processes for cost efficiency.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, and/or logistics.
- 1-2 years of experience in leading a team
- APICs or related supply chain certification.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles, especially integrated supply planning processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
