About the Role:
We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our Client's Digital Data & Innovation Center of Excellence. This role focuses on strategic, cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of blockchain, AI, and digital innovation—including digital currencies, tokenized assets, and next-generation technologies.
As part of a global team, you’ll drive the delivery of company's Tech Savvy Roadmap through project management, stakeholder engagement, and industry research.
Key Responsibilities:
Blockchain & Digital Assets

Develop and implement digital asset strategies, including use cases for tokenized assets and digital currencies.

Lead digital asset projects and coordinate stakeholders through internal committees.

Monitor blockchain trends and market evolution; contribute to internal and external forums.

Act as an ambassador for blockchain within the Group.
AI & Innovation Projects

Contribute to AI-related initiatives and support project managers with use case analysis and documentation.

Track and report KPIs related to AI and tech innovation.

Collaborate with internal innovation leads on emerging technology projects.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with teams across Legal, Risk, IT, Compliance, Operations, and Business.

Support the validation process (e.g., TAC/NAC) and align projects with group-level guidelines.

Participate in group-wide and external innovation events to gather market insights.
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in financial services, fintech, or consulting.

Strong understanding of blockchain technology and AI concepts.
- 3+ years of experience of blockchain and preferably AI Project Management

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting.

A curious, collaborative, and resilient mindset.

Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
