Our client — the largest retail company in Denmark, owns four store chains and the popular discount chain. Client's Shared Service Center is a multifunctional unit that manages the Group's business processes across Europe, including IT Support located in Szczecin. We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of:

Endpoint Management Specialist

In this role, you will join the IT Workplace Management team, utilizing a range of technologies that allow our users to access applications and data from various devices, including desktops, mobiles, PDAs, and tablets.

You will manage the deployment and administration of workplace technology solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and peak performance of endpoint management systems such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, and other Microsoft 365 services.

You will also support the ServiceDesk and local IT teams by managing incoming service requests, troubleshooting existing technology issues and providing the last level of support and guidance for desktop and mobile-related concerns.

Your responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities associated with endpoint management.
  • Create and maintain end-user configurations to ensure the enterprise PC desktop/mobile systems and devices can be utilized effectively within the organization.
  • Develop, maintain and support a standardized base image for workstations and laptops, incorporating the operating system, drivers and software packages used by all business partners and users.
  • Provide support by addressing and resolving incidents and service requests.
  • Ensure a high performing and engaged project organization.
  • Ensure effective transfer and archiving of the project results and the associated knowledge and documentation
  • Build effective relationships both within the team and across the business units.
Our requirements:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on IT experience, including 1 year of managing Intune or Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Expertise working with Active Directory (Entra ID) and Group Policies, Windows 10 or 11, PowerShell.
  • English language at the minimum B2 level.
  • Structured and able to work with deadlines.
  • Quality-driven with proactive approach.
  • Strong team player opens to cooperate effectively with other business units.
  • Open and honest with positive attitude.
