Environmental Specialist PV/Onshore wind/BESS
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct environmental assessments and support permitting for renewable energy projects.
· Liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental legislation.
· Manage environmental consultants and coordinate studies (e.g., EIA, Natura 2000 assessments).
· Support site selection, design optimization, and risk mitigation from an environmental perspective.
· Monitor and report on environmental performance during project development and construction.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related field.
· Experience with environmental permitting for energy infrastructure projects, preferably in PV, wind, or BESS.
· Strong knowledge of EU and national environmental regulations.
· Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
