Financial Controller with Italian

 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Take ownership of recurring financial compilation and validation tasks, ensuring figures are coherent, balanced, and ready for use in managerial processes.

  • Deliver analytical outputs and comparisons (e.g., performance against forecasts or historical results) in support of business planning and internal decision needs.

  • Assist in refining and enhancing financial routines to promote efficiency and accuracy, including through automation or standardization of outputs.

  • Work collaboratively with teams across finance functions and operational units, offering insights, clarifications, and documentation as needed.

  • Participate in both scheduled and unscheduled reporting obligations, preparing materials and summaries for various internal audiences

 

Key skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience as Financial Controller or similar.

  • B2 command of Italian & English
  • Strong familiarity with business financial workflows, reporting cycles, and month-end procedures.

  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software and presentation tools; experience with large enterprise systems (e.g., SAP or similar) is expected.

  • Demonstrated capability to interpret complex data sets, communicate findings, and assist cross-departmental partners.

  • Experience with production cost controlling and P&L.
