Join Our Team as a Financial Customer Service Specialist!

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and interested in the finance industry? We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and help us elevate our customer experience.

As a Financial Customer Service Specialist, you will:

  • Engage with clients through various channels: phone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring a seamless communication experience,
  • Address customer inquiries regarding products and platforms, providing knowledgeable and timely responses,
  • Resolve transaction-related queries and disputes, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust,
  • Handle and execute phone transactions for clients focusing on execution-only tasks,
  • Offer technical support to clients using front-end platforms and charting packages, aiding in their navigation and utilization,
  • Conduct audit controls and perform administrative tasks related to client accounts, maintaining high standards of service integrity.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to engage and solve problems efficiently,
  • A strong interest in financial markets, eager to apply this passion in a professional setting,
  • Proficiency in English at a C1 level,
  • Proficiency in German/Dutch at a C1+, C2 level, or native,
  • Previous experience in customer service is good to have, especially if gained within the financial or banking sector.
