Responsibilities

  • Verify and control management fee calculations for funds, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
  • Calculate fees for institutional clients, including management fees, rebates, and delegation fees.
  • Prepare invoices and statements for fees receivable and payable.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with external partners like fund administrators and depositary banks.
  • Provide monthly accrual data for management fees and rebates to the accounting team.
  • Approve fee-related invoices in financial systems such as Oracle Cloud.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding fee-related invoices.
  • Act as a key point of contact for questions related to fees from internal teams, including sales, client service, and legal.
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and support the implementation of new products or client setups.
  • Work closely with stakeholders during onboarding of new funds or clients.
  • Maintain and manage documents related to fee structures, such as agreements and contracts.
  • Ensure accurate setup and updates in financial systems and fee control tools.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of fee-related IT systems.
  • Ensure all activities align with company policies and maintain a strong control environment.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial roles, preferably in the asset management industry or a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of fee structures in funds and institutional clients.
  • Experience with financial systems and tools, such as Oracle Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of is an asset.
  • High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international team environment.
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive approach with attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
